We're careful about who we collaborate with, always lead with honesty and try to elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience wherever we can. For us, it's all about trust and true partnership on both sides. Hiring isn't easy, and we just want to make it less painful for everyone involved.


What we're good at

Search

A classic retained or contingency fee ranging from 20% to 25% for hires at all levels on a permanent or interim basis. We take a meticulous approach to each search and give you live access to our market map so you have the data to make a confident hiring decision.

Scale

We can fully embed in your team for a monthly flat fee to reduce costs and increase capacity on a full-time or fractional basis. Acting as a trusted extension of your team and managing the full-cycle process to improve your candidate and hiring manager experience.
