As a Talent Partner or Sourcer here at Re:Work - you’ll recruit the Recruiters (R4R) and HR people who build the teams who make growth happen.
As a Re:Worker, you’ll deliver flexible talent solutions - from retained search to embedded scale-up projects for companies like Deliveroo, Miro, Checkout.com, Typeform, Andela, Doctolib, Adyen, and Beat.
Day-to-day you’ll work on retained recruitment projects exceeding client and candidates expectations. We’re a small team and we care about growing sustainably around the wants and needs of our people. You'll support our ongoing work to build the Re:Work brand and shape our internal culture. We value the individual and collective experience of our team, so if you have ideas around how we can do better, we want to hear them.
You’ll need to have recruiting experience in an international environment, and if you’ve been an HR Recruiter in the past, that’s even better. You’ll be self-driven with the resilience and patience it takes to source and engage the talent that everybody else is trying to hire. You’re a natural relationship builder who wants to add value to the wider team.
