The VP People will be one of the first 100 employees at this series A tech startup in London. The company offers a compelling technology platform which enables enterprise engineering teams flexibility in navigating the changing landscape of real-time data management.
You will establish the people function from scratch and prepare the organization for high growth, building alongside founders who are passionate about people and deeply committed to fostering a fulfilling, inclusive and high-performing culture. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable as both an operator and strategist.
You will design and build an organization to enable employee growth and potential while drawing on your rich experiences across strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, rewards and recognition, performance and development, HR operations and tooling, workplace management and L&D.
You will set the long-term people strategy and apply a creative and agile approach to navigating the complexities and trends of today’s employment market. Key to success in this role is a particular passion for enabling tech talent and fostering community-building.
