Being part of the project, you'll be involved in an implementation of a new ATS, creating processes and sharing recruiting knowledge across the business.

Tech Recruiter, Romania

We’re looking for a Tech Recruiter (all seniorities) to join the international Talent Acquisition team. This role can be based anywhere in Romania.

What you’ll do

  • Design and develop efficient recruitment strategies to help us build diverse product, data and tech teams
  • Own the end to end recruitment process from the initial contact with the candidate until offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience 
  • Acting as a partner and advisor for hiring managers from Engineering, Product, Data and Design. 
  • Design job descriptions, establish a sourcing strategy and negotiate offers while providing first-class recruiting support and experience 
  • Operate as the expert in industry best practices, market insights and monitoring new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruiting and employer branding at OLX Group
  • Ensure the quality of our hiring process is consistent by conducting interview training for core team members and managers 
  • Guarantee 100% data accuracy in our ATS (currently Greenhouse) and database tracking and analyzing statistical recruitment data to determine the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts and activities 
  • Contribute to and drive global TA projects and help us implement global strategies to ensure we create diverse teams and an inclusive workplace culture 
  • This role will be reporting directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Product, Data and Tech.

Tech Talent Sourcing Manager, Berlin

As their first Tech Talent Sourcing Manager, your mission is to build, lead and develop the technical sourcing team in Europe. You will act as a trusted partner for other Talent Acquisition Leaders and stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for building sourcing strategies, targeting the right markets, and scaling the function to keep up with the growth of the business. You will report to the Global Head of Tech Talent Acquisition, Manjuri Sinha. 

If you are a creator by nature and like to take ownership of things and build something from scratch, this is an excellent opportunity to express your creativity and leadership skills.   

What you will be doing:

  • Build up the Tech sourcing function to boost OLX Tech recruitment (define and build the team, the structure, the sourcing strategy, the tooling and ways of working with our recruitment team)
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and the rest of the talent acquisition team to build a comprehensive talent sourcing strategy
  • Create innovative projects and initiatives
  • Recruit, train, onboard and develop a world-class sourcing team
  • Evaluate sourcing tools and search techniques, and implement new ones
  • Provide Research, Talent Insights and advisory to senior leadership to enable data-driven talent strategies
