Talent Sourcer, Enterprise Sales

Re:Work is partnering with a US SaaS Startup to help build their new Sales Sourcing function in Europe. Remotely reporting into the European Recruitment Manager, you'll be their first Sales Sourcer in Europe and lead their strategy for attracting senior sales talent and building influential relationships with leaders across Europe.
This is a permanent role based in Central London or Dublin and the basic salary is circa £60,000 plus bonus and equity depending on experience.
- Source and engage "bar raising" Enterprise Sales candidates across Europe
- Develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
- Build solid relationships with sales leadership teams and serve as a partner before,
during, and after the recruiting process
- Partner with other global team members to drive the recruiting process
The Ideal Person:

- 4+ years recruiting experience, preferably in the areas of software sales/SaaS space
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
- Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
- Desire for constant self-improvement with an ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
