Senior Tech Recruiter

Re:Work is partnering with a global tech company to help build their Recruiting team in Central London. They're a market leading website and app with over 1,000 employees globally and Recruiting is their key priority as they expect 30% headcount growth this year.
You'll join a team of 6 in Tech covering the full cycle process for a specific vertical so strong sourcing skills are required. Reporting into the Global Tech Recruiting Manager, this is a permanent role and they offer great flexibility with the majority of the team working from home 2/3 days a week.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for tech groups, partner with hiring managers, and build out and improve new and existing processes
- Work closely with hiring managers to prioritise hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that helps attract best talent in the market
- Concentrate on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each pipeline
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience
