Re:Work is partnering with a hyper-growth FinTech start-up to help hire a Recruiting Lead to drive their global Customer Services hiring. Based in Berlin and reporting into the Global Recruitment Manager, this person will lead a growing team of Recruiters and focus on the overall strategy for volume hiring and assessment centre design.
This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract and the company will relocate globally for the ideal profile. Compensation is negotiable depending on experience.
- Motivate a team of 4 Recruiters who are responsible for full-cycle, high volume hiring for Customer Services globally (150+ per quarter)
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into an effective recruiting strategy for Customer Service hiring
- Design and lead the assessment centre strategy that is focussed on an exceptional candidate experience
- Developing and manage recruiting reports, dashboards and metrics to build a data driven approach
- Collaborate with Employer Branding on targeted campaigns
