Re:Work is searching for a Recruitment Manager to join a high profile global tech brand based in Dublin 2. Reporting into the EMEA Head of Recruiting, this is a newly created role leading a high performing team of 4 in a hyper-growth environment.
The role:
- Design and deliver innovative strategies to support non-tech hiring across Europe
- Lead a team to successfully deliver on ambitious hiring targets
- Use data to evaluate and optimise current hiring processes
- Strategise with the global recruiting leadership team to deliver on recruiting plans
- Partner closely with Heads of Function and HR to ensure headcount alignment
The ideal person:
- 8+ years’ recruiting experience with 1+ years’ in a leadership role
- Proven track record in delivering on hiring goals in a progressive, global organisation
- Genuine passion for developing and inspiring a recruiting team during high growth
- Strong stakeholder skills and ability to drive strategic projects
This is a permanent role and the basic salary is circa €75,000 - €85,000 plus bonus and equity.
