Meet the Founder, Mark Shortall

Hiring in HR and TA is harder than most people think it is. I’m just here trying to make it a bit easier for everyone involved.

I've spent the last 15+ years building high-performing People and Talent teams for tech companies across Europe. I've worked in a mix of agencies, in-house with Facebook and embedded for scale-up projects for companies like Deliveroo, Checkout.com, Personio, Miro, Adyen, Spendesk, Typeform and Andela.

I was born in London and raised in Dublin, and I'm trying to be as remote as possible. We're now a team of four spread across Europe. Make sure to connect with Alex, Kristina, and Mihaela. I'm proud of their work, and they're incredible people!

Re:work is the only child I'll have, so I spend way too much time thinking about it. I've made many mistakes, but it's mostly been fun and has gone way better than I ever imagined. Please don't ask me about my hobbies or interests. It makes me nervous.
